Yun Nan Walnut is close to oblate on shape,the shell surface is rugged,kernel rate is ciose to Xinfeng walnut.
The color of kernels of YunNan is relatively uniform and white, yet there is black vein on the kernels if take a closer look at it.
Kernel of YunNan walnut has high oil extraction rate and high nutrition,The average oil content of walnut is 65%~68%,It is higher than soybean,rapeseed,peanut and sesame.The protein content is generally about 15% and up to 29.7%
