Vacuum bags and Cartons
Walnut kernels are packed in cartons lined with vacuum bags or sulfate paper (avoid moisture and oil immersion), Walnut meat is packed in a fixed weight of 12.5kg net per carton regardless of grades, just that the cartons can be different sizes. According to the relevant regulations, the net weight of each carton can be in the range of ±0.1kg.
Packing materials for walnut meat should not contain any peculiar smell, In particular, boxes made of pine plywood should not be used to pack finished or original products, sulphate paper lining shall not have shine. The corner iron sheet used for adhesive board boxes should not be corroded, There must be no contamination in the box, there also should be no obvious dirt on the outside of the box, In order to facilitate the differentiation, light yellow kernel brush blue mark, light amber kernel brush red mark, amber kernel brush black mark.
